Pop Rock/Folk Rep (Full Year)

ELECTIVE & ADULT PROGRAMS

These technique-focused intensive classes allow students at all levels to further develop their skills in specific classes or electives.  Some classes are performance-based, while other electives may focus on technical theatre or other theatre skills.  Adult classes focus on beginner and intermediate programs to reintroduce you to all thing’s musical theatre.

POP ROCK/FOLK REP (LEVEL: BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE) (TEACHING ARTIST: EMILY ARBOUR)

Mondays - 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm - $500 – Ages 8 and older

*Prices reflect one semester

This class will inform and introduce musical theatre repertoire that utlizes these styles, such as Rock of Ages, & Juliet, and Bright Star. Students will learn the vocal and stylistic elements of these genres and will be able to apply these elements to their own singing and repertoire.. As songs from these genres are essential for a complete and well-rounded audition book, students will receive guidance in selecting and preparing selections in these genres.
